Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending successful completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must notify bt939 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. bt939 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and using a unique, strong password not shared with any other service.
All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by bt939 at the time of deposit. bt939 accepts deposits denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and other supported currencies as displayed within the Account cashier. Where currency conversion is required, bt939 applies the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the PKR equivalent of deposits or withdrawals. bt939 is not liable for any loss arising from currency exchange rate movements.

Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Where an Account is closed at the Player's request with a positive real-money balance (excluding locked Bonus Funds), bt939 will process a withdrawal of the available balance to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completed KYC requirements.
Upon Account closure — whether by bt939 or the Player — any uncompleted Bonus Funds and associated bonus winnings are forfeited in their entirety. Real-money balances that are not subject to bonus wagering obligations remain returnable to the Player subject to KYC clearance.
All content, software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks and other materials published on the bt939 platform are the proprietary intellectual property of bt939 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bt939 holds its applicable operating licence. bt939 does not operate under a Pakistan-issued gambling licence and does not claim authorisation from any Pakistani governmental body.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bt939's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as prescribed by the relevant licensing jurisdiction. Continued use of the bt939 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should close your Account and withdraw any available balance before the amendments take effect.
